Located in a residential area with street parking. It is approved by the state of SD for overnight lodging for groups up to 9 people. The owners do allow minor children with parental consent, but do not allow pets or smoking in the house. The house is fully online with cameras, and it has wifi for your streaming and online equipment. There are no cameras in the bathroom.

The cost of an overnight stay is $380.45 (includes city, state, tourist & lodging taxes). If you choose to book online, text, or email, a lease/waiver agreement and or invoice will be emailed. Once you pay, you are confirming the date or dates selected.
